Better IT Projects
In many situations Project Boards and Steering Committees have a responsibility for Project Assurance. But who does it, when and how?
Assurance is about providing an independent view of how the project is progressing, checking that it remains viable, will deliver what is expected and in the manner expected.
It is usually beyond the means of Board Members to conduct project assurance and so we provide a service to meet that need.
We have experience and qualifications in assurance standards such as Quality Standard AS9000 and methodologies such as Total Quality Management (TQM).
Our registered Prince 2 Practitioners will ensure that IT project assurance will be developed and implemented according to internationally recognised standards and approaches.
