IT Operational Health Check

Our Operational Health Check determines where your I.T. Operations, Maintenance & Support services can be improved to provide the performance and services expected by management and the business.

We utilise
ITIL Best Practices as an assessment bechmark and apply our Taking IT to the Business principle to focus on identifying where we can achieve:

  • Effectiveness
  • Efficiency and
  • Quality of Service,


and
alignment with the goals of ITIL implementation.

We assess your I.T. Operations, Maintenance and Support services from the following perspectives:

  • I.T. Spend - Identification of I.T. spend categories, demographics, metrics and comparison to the market. The intention is to determine "value for money" and identify alternative (improved) spend options, although great value is gained from just collecting and organising this information.
  • Alignment to business needs - current, near term, future; Attributes eg responsiveness, reliability, flexibility, innovation


  • I.T. Infrastructure & Services provision - better ways; outsourcing; insourcing; etc





The assessments can be conducted seperately or combined.

Our Quality of Service assessments are conducted by surveying management and end user groups and focussing on their expectations and experience of the I.T. services.
